This month's Theme is "love your selfie"
This theme was so not suit for me as I don't take photos anymore. I took kids, nature, food and etc...
I'm even not so comfortable to take selfie with kids. Because I don't like my face that no make up on.
It's like a chain.
I am stay-at-home mum that don't need makeup on. -- I don't really have reasons to go out (I even place orders for groceries, cut hair by myself and no where to go) -- because stay-at-home all the time, I started to put on some weights (even more don't like to take any photos.) -- get more depressed -- eat more -- put on more weight
BUT! Since I am back from Korea trip, I felt little better because I lost 8kg! (Still lot to go) Especially I spent lots of money to lose weight, it became a good motivation to be more controled(if you are thinking to lose some weights, I really recommend to spend some money for it. So you remember that the money isn't going to waste)
But this time, I was comfortable to take some selfies while I was in Stampin' Up! On stage event!!(Even i went to on stage events more than 3 times, sadly I dont have any photos of me being there)
I was also struggled that I don't have big images that enough to deco 12"x12" when I try to make a scrapbook page.
So I was playing around with my scrap box that I kept all my pre-stamped/die cut that I was going to miss them in other projects, but it didn't suit it or change my mind.
Then realized that I made so many scraps from last couple of projects.
So I set a challenge by myself that i am going to use only scraps to deco "scrapbook page"
There were so many colorful scrap circle cardstocks, so I want my selfie to have some colours. So I edit same 3 photos to have 1 in black and white tone, 1 in sepia tone, 1 in original colorful tone. So the photo has own rule that can mix and match with colorful background (hope that make sense.... But I know it doesn't :-( I have no idea how to explain it from my head😥
Also scored random lines for fun background.
Consider I only used my own scraps, it doesn't look bad right? I like it as simple but colouful!!
I filmed a process video to show how to make this page.
